Novel function of orphan nuclear receptor Nur77 in stabilizing hypoxia-inducible factor-1α
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) plays a central role in oxygen homeostasis by inducing
the expression of a broad range of genes in a hypoxia-dependent manner. Here, we show
that the orphan nuclear receptor Nur77 is an important regulator of HIF-1α. Under hypoxic
